Cleaning Fargo's buildings since 1970

Automated Maintenance Services, Inc. started in Fargo when Mr. Paul Simonson founded the company in 1970. More than 50 years later it is still cleaning commercial buildings from the same city, with branch offices in North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana and Idaho.

Most of the work happens after the last person has gone home: a route through the building, zone by zone, signed off by morning.

One founder, one city and a cleaning route. Today the same company maintains several million square feet every day.

    Training comes in three parts: initial classroom training, on-the-job training, and recurring training after that. It is the base of the nightly janitorial program and of the floor care work.

    Technology

    AMS pairs innovative technologies with proven training programs and over 50 years of experience. Carpet is cleaned by IICRC-certified technicians, using hot water extraction, bonnet cleaning and carpet spotting.
