Zone 06 · After the build

Construction clean-up that hands over a finished building

After the trades leave, AMS comes through inside and out, so the building looks clean, smells fresh and is ready for the people who will work in it.

The last job on the schedule

A building project ends in a strange state. The structure is done, the systems are in, and every surface carries what the work left behind: drywall dust on the ledges, debris in the corners, film on the glass, marks on the floor. The owner has put real time and money into the remodel or new build, and this is the moment it is judged.

Final presentation is what AMS cleans toward. Their own words for it are simple: after they come through, the interior and exterior of your building will look clean, smell fresh and give the new occupants a sense of pride in the space.

Dust and debris first, finish work last

A post-construction clean follows an order. Debris and heavy dust come out first, because anything wiped or washed before that just turns to mud. Surfaces are cleaned top to bottom, so what falls from a high ledge lands on a floor that is still to be done, and the floors come last, once nothing above them is left to drop.

Floors are where the finish is seen. A sealed concrete floor, tile or a new carpet each has its own end-state, and AMS runs floor care, carpet cleaning and window cleaning under the same roof, so one crew does not have to hand the job to another company halfway through. Whatever your building has, the order stays the same.

Ready for the first day of occupancy

Construction sites are one of the building types AMS serves, alongside offices, clinics, schools, plants and government buildings. The same Fargo company that cleans occupied buildings every night knows what an occupant notices on the first morning: the lobby, the restrooms, the entry glass and the smell when the door opens.

Regular janitorial cleaning can pick up from there, so the building stays at that first-day standard. To schedule a final clean for a build in Fargo or near a branch in Bismarck, Jamestown, Minot, Detroit Lakes, Billings or Boise, call (701) 235-4412.
