Commercial window cleaning, single-story to high-rise

AMS has years of experience in window cleaning. No matter the size of your building, the interior and exterior glass gets cleaned and kept clear.

Glass from one story to the top floor

A storefront and a high-rise are different jobs. A single-story building can be reached from the ground or a short ladder, while a tall building needs planning, equipment and a crew that works at height. AMS handles both, so one contractor can cover the whole property list instead of splitting it between several.

Commercial glass is also more than the panes you see from the street. Entry doors, lobby walls, interior partitions and office windows all collect fingerprints and film. Interior and exterior cleaning are separate pieces of the same job, and a building that only has one side cleaned shows it.

From Fargo to Bismarck, Jamestown, Minot, Detroit Lakes, Billings and Boise, AMS cleans commercial buildings of every size. Window work follows the same management structure as the rest of the contract.

Methods from standard washing to hard water removal

Most windows need standard washing: the right solution, a squeegee and a clean edge so there are no streaks. Plenty of buildings stop there, and for them regular washing on a set schedule is the whole program.

Hard water is a different problem. Mineral deposits left by sprinklers and runoff etch into glass and do not wipe off with standard washing. AMS uses various methods and approaches, up to hard water removal, so the method matches the condition of the glass rather than defaulting to one routine.

Telling the two apart is part of the work. A crew that recognizes mineral buildup before washing over it saves the glass from repeated cleaning that never improves the look.

Keeping the glass clear season after season

North Dakota weather is hard on glass. Spring melt leaves film, summer storms leave spotting, and winter salt reaches low windows near entries. A scheduled program catches these as they arrive instead of letting a season of grime set.

Glass fits naturally with the rest of a building contract: janitorial cleaning inside, window cleaning on a schedule that suits the building. New glass after a build or remodel is part of the construction clean-up service.
